Sonoma County Bee Company honey is seasonal and available in limited quantities because it is ethically harvested, only when there is a surplus - working with nature and the natural cycle of the colony from the tree, to the wax, honeycomb, and the bees themselves.

SCBC uses the comb crush method for honey harvesting. Meaning, the honey is not extracted from the comb, but rather crushed by hand, which allows for more beneficial pollen grains to make their way into the honey. The honey is never heated, so that the beneficial minerals are preserved. This is real honey. Real flower nectar collected by real bees. Sonoma County Bee Company honey is produced in small batches.
