Passionfruit, Blood Orange, Guava Shrub

For this limited edition shrub, we changed it up a bit and added Blood Oranges, which go beautifully with the passionfruit and white guavas.

As with all our shrubs, this uses only ripe, fresh fruit, all of it from California farms. Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!

How to use it: Try it in a cocktail with coconut rum, or mixed with coconut water and lots of crushed ice for a tropical mocktail. Packed in a glass bottle and finished with a cork—like a bottle of wine!
