With the heat retention offered from flax seed these are the perfect size and shape. In the winter, when we keep our bedrooms cooler, but love climbing into a nice warm bed. Heat this up before we starting your night time routine and slip it under the sheets!

The lavender scent will last for a year or two. But over time, the lavender essential oil will breakdown and the scent will diminish. If you want to give it a refresh, just add a couple drops of our lavender essential oil directly on the body wrap as often as you desire!
