Tasting notes: Dulce de leche, chocolate wafer, and almond
These beans come from the Tumaco region of Colombia, where a small company called Cacao Hunters encourages cacao diversity by working with farmers to cultivate regional varieties. In Tumaco, heirloom trees dubbed "Perla Negra" produce these gem-like beans; Pablo roasts to enhance their creamy, nutty notes.
