Bedstone Baking Pop-Up at Wild Fennel

Join us Saturday, July 11th from 10:30 am - 1 pm! We will be hosting Dan from Bedstone Baking for a local bakery pop-up. Be sure to come early for the best selection!

Bedstone Baking is a cottage bakery founded by Daniel Ferreira in Novato, California, crafting handmade, naturally leavened wholegrain breads and pastries. Dan incorporates locally grown, freshly milled whole grains into specialties like country loaves, rye sourdough, and honey whole wheat sandwich bread. The bakery's name nods to the stone-milling process itself: The Bedstone, being the foundation beneath the grinding wheel. His bread is absolutely exceptional and not to be missed!
